About Me

Elizabeth Michelle BSc, MACP

The heart of this work is relationship — a compassionate, collaborative space where growth healing can unfold at your own pace. I bring an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, honoring the uniqueness of each individual while drawing from a range of evidence-informed modalities. These include mindfulness-based therapies, somatic practices, relational and attachment-based frameworks, and compassion-focused work.

My practice is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and grounded in an understanding of how lived experience, systemic forces, and sociocultural contexts shape mental and emotional well-being. This means attending not only to what is shared in the therapy room, but also to the broader systems that have impacted each person’s narrative — with care, humility, and respect.

Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about gently turning toward what longs to be witnessed, understood, and nurtured. It’s a shared process — a journey walked together — where insight, self-compassion, and connection can take root.

This is a space that is welcoming of all identities and expressions.

I am currently accepting new clients for remote and in-person counselling.

When you're ready, the space is here.
